This shirt is from the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XXIV win in 1990. The 49ers, led by Joe Montana, beat the Denver Broncos 55-10. The game was held at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. The graphic on this shirt is a man playing the saxophone on the streets of New Orleans. It says "Play it again". 

This shirt fits like a modern unisex adult large.
