This sweet patriotic shirt features a graphic of the popular Peanuts comics character Snoopy. The beloved beagle is shown dressed as his Joe Cool persona in front of the American flag. Snoopy has a large collection of alter egos which are depicted throughout the Peanuts strips. The comic's creator Charles M. Schulz also admitted that early drawings of the character were inspired of his own childhood dog, Spike. Joe Cool is intended to be a laid back college student, and the persona first appeared in a strip in 1972.
