This shirt is from Kings Island in Mason, Ohio, just a short ways away from Cincinnati, and the shirt pays tribute to the thrilling roller coaster The Beast. The Beast debuted in 1979, just a few short years after the park first opened. It was a wooden coaster that managed to break nearly every major record for roller coasters when it first began operating. The ride continues to hold the Guinness World Record for the longest wooden roller coaster in the world, with an impressive ride time of over four minutes. The coaster was a hit when it debuted, and has remained one of the most popular attractions at Kings Island. It even spawned its own sequel, Son of the Beast, which was open at the park from 2000 to 2009.
