This vintage concert tee comes from the 70s when Foghat played the Illinois State Fair Grounds along with Climax, Blues Band, Head East, and Moxy.

Foghat was founded in 1971 by original members Dave Peverett, Tony Stevens, Roger Earl, and Rod Price. During the 70s they managed to release eight studio albums including Night Shift, Foghat Live, and Stone Blue which all reached gold status in record sales. They also released Fool For the City which included their definitive hit single "Slow Ride".

Another band featured at the concert was Climax, who are most known for their hit song, "Precious and Few". The song reached #1 on Crashbox Magazine's Top 100 Singles chart. They also played with Head East who are remembered for their arean rock hit "Never Been Any Reason".

Tag says Small but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Small. Small spots on the front, see pics.

This item is from the estate of Craig MacGregor, the bassist for the band Foghat in the 1970s, 80s, and again in the 2000’s.  The item was owned by Craig, a collector of t-shirts, and stored for some time in a basement before it came into our possession.  As a result there may be some lingering basement odor. All items are authentic pieces of rock and roll history and in many cases are one-of-a-kind.  Further authentication and chain-of-custody can be provided upon request.
