This 80's graphic tee features the Connecticut Lottery Corporation. The front bears a message enticing readers to play the lottery, "You can't win if you don't play." Former Connecticut governor Thomas Meskill created the lottery in 1971. The state also participates in Powerball and Mega Millions along with 44 other states in America.

Tag says extra large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are some spots above the graphic and on the back, see pics.
