This amazing vintage concert shirt is for the legendary pop diva Madonna for her The Girlie Show World Tour. The tour launched three years after her Blond Ambition Tour, after which she had stated that she would never go on tour again. She was later quoted saying, "you ever hear me say that again...don't believe me". The tour was used to promote the release of her fifth studio album Erotica and it was estimated that the tour grossed over $70 million. 

The show featured a much more complex stage than those used in her previous tours. The stage included a runway leading from the main stage to a second minor stage, a revolving elevated platform, and balconies near the back of the stage. Costumes were created by Dolce & Gabbana and the whole thing was directed by Madonna's brother, Christopher Ciccone.

The overall theme of the show was meant to convey a "sex circus" being described as a blend of rock show, fashion show, burlesque show, and carnival act.  Highlights from the show included a pole dance by professional ballroom dancer Carrie Ann Inaba, a Marlene-Dietrich inspired rendition of "Vogue", a chair dance routine to "Bye Bye Baby", and a encore featuring "Justify My Love" in Edwardian costuming. 

A Live recording of the show titled The Girlie Show: Live Down Under was broadcast on HBO and later released on VHS and LaserDisc. The recording was nominated for a Grammy Award in 1995 for Best Long Form Music Video. 

The tag says Extra Large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult Small. The sleeves are cut and there is no bottom hem.
