This shirt is from English heavy metal band Judas Priests for their 1988 album titled Ram it Down. The front says "I'm a Rocker", which is the title of one of the songs from the album.  The back says "Ram It Down, Shove it Up" and has an image of a middle finger. Released by Columbia Records, Ram It Down was the band's eleventh studio and the last to feature drummer Dave Holland. The album was supported by the 1988 Mercenaries of Metal Tour. Before the tour began, the group performed several warm-up shows in Amsterdam where they recorded footage for their "Johnny B. Goode" music video.

A cover of Chuck Berry's "Johnny B. Goode" was recorded by the band and was intended to be used for the soundtrack of the 1988 Anthony Michael Hall comedy Johnny Be Good. It wound up being the first single released off of Ram It Down. Other songs off the album included "Heavy Metal", "Come and Get It", "Love You to Death", and "Monsters Rock".
