This double-sided tee is for country music singer and songwriter Garth Brooks, who is the only artist in history to achieve nine albums that achieved diamond status. The front shows off a portrait of Brooks while the back reads "It ain't where you're at, it's where you're headed." The shirt is from 1992 which was the same year that Brooks released his fifth studio album The Chase. The album debuted at the number one spot on both the Billboard 200 and the Top Country Albums chart.

The lead single off the album was "We Shall Be Free", which Brooks recorded after he spent time in Los Angeles during the 1992 Riots, which were the result of the jury acquittal of the four LAPD officers charged with the use of excessive force during the arrest of Rodney King. The song only managed to make it to the No. 12 spot on the Billboard Top Country Singles chart, making it his first song in three years to fail to breach the top ten. Other singles from the album included "Somewhere Other Than the Night", "Learning to Live Again", and "That Summer".
