This cool vintage hockey tee celebrates the Pittsburgh Penguins and roots for them during the 1992-1993 season. The shirt reads, "3 Peat in 1993" as the Penguins had previously won the Stanley Cup Finals in both 1991 and 1992. The back to back victories came during the Lemiex-Jagr era when the team was graced by star players Mario Lemiux and Jaromir Jagr. They won their first ever Stanley Cup Final against the Minnesota North Stars with a 8-0 victory in the final game. The next year the Penguins were under a new coach, Scotty Bowman, who took over after Bob Johnson passed away from cancer. They then managed to sweep the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1992 Stanley Cup Finals.
