This bright yellow tee is from the Tour DuPont, a US cycling race that was held from 1989 to 1996. The shirt describes it as "America's Premier Cycling Event" and the original intention behind the race was for it to reach the same level of prestige as the Tour de France. The race was originally conceived as the Tour de Trump, named after its sponsor Donald Trump. The name was changed after two editions of the race, as Trump withdrew his sponsorship and DuPont became the primary sponsor instead.
